For those of you who are not aware of Dale’s history, we were founded in 1961 by my uncle, David Kaplan, who created the first modern Abdominal Binder to help treat his injured back. We later launched the first Tracheostomy Tube Holder and Foley Catheter Holder to provide more skin-friendly alternatives to the damage and discomfort that adhesive tape causes to patients. Under my father, Irving Brezack, Dale added the Bendable ArmBoard and many other products to assist clinicians in the care of patients in critical care, medical/surgical, ER, and numerous other care settings. We are very proud to have reached our 60th year in the medical device industry, knowing that the Dale brand name has become synonymous with high quality, innovation, and the best clinical standards of care.
