Bob Simpson

Bob Simpson joined Dale Medical in 2020 bringing 25 years of experience within the healthcare industry. He is Chief Executive Officer and President of the Board of Directors for the 100% employee-owned global medical device company.
Prior to Dale Medical, Bob was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Vascular Interventions & Therapies global business at AngioDynaimics.
While at Medtronic, he served as the Vice President and General Manager of the Patient Care business, and led strategy and business development for the Patient Monitoring & Recovery global business unit.
He also held various leadership roles in Sales and Marketing during his time at Covidien (Medtronic) and Alcon (Novartis).
Bob is a graduate of the State University of New York at Geneseo where he earned a Bachelor’s in Management Science - Finance, and has completed a comprehensive executive leadership development program at Babson College.

John Brezack

For more than 35 years John Brezack has been instrumental to the growth and success of Dale. He’s served the company in a wide range of roles including operations, quality assurance, marketing, domestic and international sales, and clinical education. In 1997, John succeeded the company’s founder, Irving Brezack, as CEO.
John has a long history of bringing innovation to the company and medical device industry. He is known for taking on complex healthcare challenges and developing elegantly simple solutions that not only address medical need, but advance quality of care—this has been the backbone of Dale’s success. John’s passion and persistence are driven by his genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of patients and those practitioners who care for them. His leadership and close collaboration with healthcare providers has resulted in products that have changed the way quality care is delivered. It also inspires the entire Dale team to continually strive for being always better.
John has been a member of the Healthcare Manufacturers Management Council since 1991 and has been a board member of the organization twice, holding various positions including President. He is a member of the Healthcare Distributors Association, including the HIDA Educational Foundation.
John holds degrees from Boston University (BA), Tufts University (MA) and Suffolk University (MBA).
Doug Harper

With over 40 years of service to the healthcare industry, Mr. Doug Harper currently serves as an Executive Vice President and senior advisor for MTMC (MedTech/MedCare, LLC), the nation’s largest outsourced healthcare sales organization. Mr. Harper is also serving as Chairman of QMed, a medical distribution wholesaler, and as a board member of UMF Medical and Dale Medical healthcare device manufacturers. Doug is also an advisor to healthcare private equity firms and investment bankers.
Previously, Mr. Harper served as Chairman of MD International prior to their sale to Welch Allyn. He also served as President of NDC Homecare, Group Vice President of North America for Invacare, and President of PSS (Physician Sales & Service).
Mike Diamante

Mike Diamante currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Audit at Medtronic. In this role, Mike has global audit responsibility for Information Technology, Finance & Operations, Data Analytics and the SOX PMO. Prior to this role, Mike was the Vice President of Finance for Global Operations and Business Services (GO&BS). He provided vital leadership counsel as well as financial and strategic support to enable the work of GO&BS as it partners across the enterprise. He works closely with the Group, Region, and Functional Finance leads to drive operational efficiency and transformation.
Mike worked on the largest medical device divestiture in history, by leading the finance activities of the Separation Management Office for the divesture of the Patient Recovery business to Cardinal Health. He has also served as the Vice President & Business Unit Controller for the Patient Monitoring and Recovery business within the Minimally Invasive Therapies Group (MITG).
